Administrative Assistant – Accounting Department
Location: North York
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $24–$25/hr (hire after 3 months)
About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with hands‑on experience supporting an accounting department. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable assisting across multiple accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support A/R, A/P, and invoicing processes
- Assist in all areas of the accounting department as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
- Use Word and Excel to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting department
- Experience with A/R, A/P, and invoicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Compensation & Employment Terms
- $24–$25 per hour
- Temp-to-hire after 3 months
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
